Final 24 hour hangout questions

I didn't see anywhere specifically for questions for the last 24 hour Dev Hangout. So here we go.

My first question is what was Richard's response to Markee Dragon's last question about players being able to own more than one lot? In the recent interview, the video cut out right at the second Richard began to answer that question. So if you could please clarify the limits on lots/houses/ etc. Thanks.
