Wondering where I would find tier 1 resource nodes and how would I know when I am ready to move onto tier 2?

There are very few tier one scenes with tier one resources they will be like highvale, bloodriver and solace bridge with a few more sprinkled in. You can look on SotaWiki.net and find scenes by difficulty. (It is not organized at this time by regions though)

    tier 2

As to how to know when .. hmm I usually move up my harvesting when I can 'fight' in the next zone. Others may have other opinions.

Thanks Lace Now I can follow my combat skill to match my gathering skills. I have always just stayed in one area pretty much to raise my skill level.

they say highvale is a place to find tier 1 resources. You can find hides and there is one cotton bush and that's all there is.

    Go to Hidden Vale.
Kingsroad, North and South Valeway are Tier 1's.
