    SotAwiki.net and Shroud of the Avatar wiki at UltimaCodex have an announcement. We're merging!

    SotAwiki.net will be moving to the Ultima Codex servers and will be keeping its name so, besides a brief downtime, very little will change there.

    Shroud of the Avatar wiki at UltimaCodex, once the move begins, will be locked down to give us time to move relevant data to to SotAwiki.net and eventually will be shut down entirely.

    We are sorry if this causes any distress for users and editors but we feel this is the best way to not duplicate efforts and avoid splitting the community.

    From what I know about both groups I know we will complement each other well and I look forwards to working with everyone!

    Here is to a wonderful community and an amazing game!

    I'm really excited to share one of the updates that occurred due to the merger...

    Fenyx4 has updated our recipes so when you use an element you just type the name how it appears in game... if I haven't added it to the wiki list yet then you will get a placeholder image and still see it in the list on the left of the tables (before it was an invisible image so some people were confused when items were missing). This also takes work off of us because we don't need to create a second list for elements... he's streamlined the process within the template.

    If anyone is interested in helping contribute to the wiki please join #SotAwiki on IRC (/join #SotAwiki) and say hi! We'd love to help get you started in the world of wiki editing! :)
