I wondered if you could tell us,
1. how many people did all the paths to receive their Shroud until today?

Will we get new PoT Templates with the new land in EP2?
I bought an Overland Upgrade Reservation Service Voucher for my unused Underground PoT.
Should I wait for new Templates or should I change in an existing template, so that i can test some things out?
Currently I would tend to a Swamp Island Template. Does that fit with the new land?
The first lands associated with Episode 2 will begin to appear with R64. What is the timeline for our PoTs there?
Question 1: Are we close to having enough performance increases to allow another bump in Deco Limits?
Question 2: Now that the Decay Penalty for Death is no more, can’t you simplify the Settings in the Skills window by removing Maintaining? I would also suggest changing the – for Not Training to a Yellow Circle.
(Green Up Arrow for Training, Yellow Circle for Not Training, Red Down Arrow for Unlearning)
Question 3: What was my Ordinal Number for all POT purchases… I’d like to know if I was 5th, or 10th, or 100th… No need to know who was ahead of me, or behind me, Just the number. (You said Anything!)
Regarding your Question 2. Maintaining has already been removed. As soon as you touch the arrow on a “Maintained” skill, the option to Maintain does not return.

Thank you for the information. I guess I hadn’t looked this release, and don’t recall having seen anything in the release or patch notes about it.
I retract the question, though I still think the yellow circle would be better than the dash.
1) Question about Loot improvements. It has been on the schedule for few months and improvements have been made. The Q1 schedule lists loot improvements too. Can you explain the planned improvements? What is meant by “systematic changes to the loot system”? I believe that’s how it was presented. Where do we stand on the road map to these improvements?
2) Rarity of drops – how long would you expect to fish before you caught a shark? What is the % chance? Repeat that question for hilt and a blueprint. I farmed each for 60+ hours. I still have no shark… or blueprint. Bit sad … I wanted a shark for my basement.
AAF – All About Fishing! (All of these are probably for Atos)
Question 1: Advanced Fishing skills all say “Increases success chance when fishing in xxx water/lava”. Can you tell us what percentage is increased per level of each skill?
Question 2A: Does Blessing of Spirituality buff (+ Fishing portion) give +range and +success chance like the basic “Fishing” skill tooltip says it does?
Question 2B: The basic “Fishing” skill tooltip says it increases fishing range and success chance and it lists a stat for the range increase, but nothing shown for the success chance increase. What is the success chance increase per level of this skill and does this affect all water types (including lava)?
Q1: Will cats ever be tameable again?
Q2: I saw that devs were able to pet their pets. When and how will we player be able to get this emote?
Q3: Which was your favourite pic of the advent calendar? Don’t say all. You have to choose.
Taunt is one of the more important skills for a tank and has been broken for over 2 weeks, and the bug report number is 63498.
Question 1: When will taunt be fixed ?

1. With the impending addition of grand master level masterwork effects, would there be any consideration for adding masterwork effects based on an applied pattern? Ex. Longsword has a kolbold slag sword pattern applied to it. Masterwork option for a fancier Rend masterwork becomes available. Same can apply to cloth armor such as Norgard Hood providing a Cold Resist boost.
2. Will there be any heraldry related gear for the Horse stretch goal? Such as a heraldry caparison?
3. For Backslot enchant and masterwork, will quivers be the same as backpacks or have their own set of effects?
Question 2: Why is the Lead Developer’s interaction with players primarily limited to a private Discord PvP channel, and not the “official” Shroud of the Avatar Discord channel ? PvP’rs comprise no more than 15% of our player base, and yet – there he is. 85% of us resent this.
Any information on the improvements for guilds?
Alliances, alliance chat, guild wars?
Also any chance of mannequins coming to display different armor?

I only started the game just over a Month ago & I have just managed to finish the Oracles “Shroud Quest” *feeling pretty darn proud of myself for getting it!*
1/…. Now that I have my Shroud, I would love a list of “mid-level quests” to help me move forward, with a purpose. (& a list that shows quests I have missed on my way to where I am now) Where can I find a list of quests to do besides googling like crazy?
(Questing is my favorite part of this game… gives me a HUGE sense of purpose & achievement to complete quests)
2/…. I would like to point out an ongoing annoyance with the UI? (Is this part of the UI?)
>>>> I keep my scrolls & reagents in a bag that is locked at the top of my backpack. (so it easy to refill before I go out) When I need to go back to town after questing, I open my backpack, and it defaults to last item in my backpack, so I have to scroll ALL the way up to the top of my backpack, (past everything I have looted) to access my recall/teleport scrolls.
Surely the backpack could easily default to the TOP of my backpack, rather than the alphabetically last item in my backpack????
3/….I have read a bit (&watched You Tube videos) about rolling decks, but this just seems “too much, too soon” for me, so I play with a locked deck that I can rely on.
BUT… WHY, if I am charging up a skill & I move my mouse just a little bit… I lose the charging & can even remove the glyph from my deck??? Surely a LOCKED deck, should mean the glyphs are locked into place & can’t be removed so easily?? This is HUGELY annoying.

Thank You all for such an amazing game! So far I am well & truly hooked, but would love to have the improvements, I mentioned above in moving forward. (If I have missed any info on the above, please let me know, because constantly googling, to play, is a bit of a pain, especially because so much is Ancient History)
Question1 Will there be additional spawners to purchase for the dungeons. Currently i will only have one.
Question2: How do we determine what spawn will be in our dungeons. Do we get to choose?
Question 3. When will you increase the latency of Pristine Head drops? Been trying for over a year to get Polar bear and Arctic wolf. Or do i just have crappy luck.

Why are intelligence based ingredients for consumables so much harder to obtain than their strength and dexterity equivalents? Int Potions require lich skulls and the New high tier fish food requires fish that are nearly impossible to catch. All while strength and dex consumables are super easy to get ingredients farm. thanks.
Question: How do we submit pictures to be made into Portraits for in game. I did one of my actual avatar in photoshop and wondered if i could submit it to be made into a painting and be available in game.
1. Staff stats vs wands. We have so many amazing looking staffs its a shame that not many of us mages use them because 2 wands stats out weigh the staffs too much that they are not worth using. I know you mentioned you were going to bump them to 1.7ish but I think a better option would be to make staff foci vs staff bludgeon weapons so that there are pure mage version to better balance. Is that something doable?
2. With the new amazing dungeon entrance will be see more options for cave connections and rooms so be can flesh out cavern like dungeons.
3. Can we have masks made into eternal patterns please .
1) Can you elaborate on how player crafted items sold to merchants enter the loot table, do all items enter a queue and eventually drop or only a subset of items?
1. Can we have other mage items besides wands like books, and orbs?
2. Is there plans to have quests in a lot of these scenes? They seem to be just resource gathering places with mobs with no real reasons to be there otherwise.
3. Could we ever get the ability to take for example 2 villages of same time Taxed or Taxed Free and combine / upgrade them to a town, or two rows to a village etc. Thought this would be neat way to upgrade deeds over time.
What does monster “con” color indicate? Is the monster easier to hit when it turns green vs yellow? Do I have a greater chance to dodge the monster’s hits?
Skinning: Does higher level field dressing affect the chances of a dragon head to drop in loot?
Will we ever have a release or stretch goal related to new hairstyles? There’s not even a proper ponytail for male characters. The facial hair choices are excellent, but I needs to accessorize!
Can you tell us which dungeon rooms will be deco only? This affects the way I plan to design my dungeon as I want the common “social” rooms near the entrance and the fighting to occur throughout the rest of the dungeon.
Will there be PRT Player Run Towns on the new land?
Now that Episode 2 work is underway, any plans on having the lead story designer, Tracy Hickman, to join a livestream?
Q1) Will you guys be adding any new mobs besides seasonal bosses / normal bosses soon, or, at least, for episode 2 for us solo online players, as I very seldom play in a group, and I feel left out with all the new seasonal mobs / bosses that can only be defeated by groups, or the few godly players that can solo almost any boss in SotA.
Q2) Do you think Port will ever allow solo online players to have companions from the offline mode in solo online mode, as this would probably alleviate the filling of being left out of the fun of defeating SotA’s new seasonal mobs / bosses the way I mention in question 1 above.
Q3) Since bundles are gone for good as of 2018/12/21 will there be anyway in game from crown vendors or as a pledge for episode 2 to get tax free lot deeds, as I don’t play SotA often or grindly enough to afford the tax on anything other then a Row Lot Deed as, even that, costs approximately 180,000 IGG per real time month and that’s more then I bought my old real life 3 floor town house for back in 2000.
Your math in Q#3 is off, by a lot. A row lot costs 250 gold per day times 30 days is 7500 gold.
1, Is it possible to shorten loading times in the future
2. Is it possible to have a small optional tutorial on housing? Its unclear to new players like me how to get land, what items you need, and how the whole system works
3. Is it possible to have a mode where stacked glyphs in combat deck dont appear randomly but one after the other in EACH slot after using one in rotation(like if I got 2 heals in a slot, when I use the first the second glyph placed behind to appear). I think it would be more attractive than total RNG
Disclaimer: I’m not trying to be pompous or trite, I’m genuinely just curious and am extremely appreciative of your continuing efforts. This game has far exceeded my expectations and you are all rock stars in my book.
Question: I use Linux for everything. The game runs fantastic with the sole exception of somewhat significant hitching for a few minutes upon loading of a new scene. After that clears up, there’s the occasional ongoing split-second hitch a few times per minute. Is this something that is currently being looked at? I realize it’s probably a low priority as it’s not game-breaking, but if it’s on the to-do list, do you think it might be resolved this year? Thank you! <3
