This week we will be showing how the Player Housing system works including how to Lot Deeds work when claiming property, property taxes, Houses, player decorations, and Player Owned Towns. Remember every player receives a free Row Lot Deed for completing the story!

Greetings all. I have 3 questions that are about Player Housing and Player Owned Towns.
Q1:When bundles come back to the Add-on store will you be able to purchase them with Crowns?
Q2:I am glad to hear that POT Deco limits are going up, not individual lots, and think this is good. My question is can we shorten the distance from an individual lot before it will display it’s Deco? So show the house but not the deco of the lot until you are right next to it.
Q3:Can we have a contest for players to create new Player Owned Town Templates that will be used in game?
Q1) Since performance has increased enough to allow Row Lot owners to have empty lots would it be possible to allow all home owners to remove the wooden window shutters on their houses completely, as I really have no interest in the window shutters whether they’re open or not.
Q2) Will we be able to eventually buy / upgrade Tax Free Lots from the new in-game Crown Shop Interface or from individual Crown Merchants.
Q3) Would you guys consider adding Above Ground Coral Reef Houses to go with the awesome Fish Head Masks, because all of SotA’s soon to be fish men need familiar houses to live in.
1. Can we get stairs added for the different hallway sets, need these badly to replace the stone ones that do not match
2. Now that we have masks that will be patterns can we allow artifacts to be reshaped?
3. Wanted to take the time to thank the devs / team for all the hard work. Look forward to another great year.
When will we get stands for suits of armor? I would love to be able to properly display some of the amazing armor sets that exist in the game.
Would you ever consider adding an advance recipe for GM’s to create a consumable that would remove an enchantment failure / masterwork failure from an item, removing the durability penalty to allow the crafter another chance to get a successful enchant? Call it “correct flaws” or “unravel mistake.” mats for the consumable could still be high expense or rare (unicorn blood for example) to prevent over use.
Not 100% sure if they’re not in the game already but just in case they’re not I would like to respectfully request the standard bar stool. Crafting. Recipe. Thank you.
1. Castle Lot Lighting. Lights in general. Are we going to be seeing a increase in the amount of lights we can place outside? A Castle Lot and Keep both just do not have enough room to put enough lights out to cover the entire lot.
2. Are there any plans for having the ability of making custom signs/teleports within the town boundary of a POT. The current system works, but having the ability to place signs/wagons/balloons or something so we can move around the POT vs having them all be the same would be amazing.
3. What is the projected time frame until we will see multi home lots/place anywhere on lot for home placement on the lot.
As always everything is looking good, the projected timeline/quarterly plan looks to be promising, and I am excited for another year. Keep up the good work, and thanks for the continued work/dedication into making SOTA Great.
4. Not POT/Home related. But What I Would LOVE x 1000 to see, is on the Friends List when you right click and the menu pops up can we get an option for Teleport , and have it use a teleport to friend scroll if you have it. This might be a little more work then it is work with how the current system is and the code functioning when you open the scroll vs opening the friends list, but i assumed that the same mechanics can be used for Validating the Teleport To, and if they are not sharing location/not partied then it would just say you can not teleport to them right now.
Q1: Will we get chaos gems and the like so we can decorate our houses with a myriad of chaotic items?
Q2: How far down the year is the Chaos tree rebalance?
Is there a chance we can have more houses that we can build. The craftable ones are rather boring now. Need more row, village and town lot houses that are more attuned to the game without all the floors. Not everyone likes multiple floors or huge buildings. Row/village type houses that are more comfy. Nice open space ground floor then bedrooms on second floor. Hey for row houses how about something like a tiny house…so they can still have a house and land to deco too.
How about combining the Player’s Dungeon with Player’s Basement?

Will players ever be able to create “custom” dye colors by mixing two or more colors prior to use? It could be that one could get a highly-coveted color (like sage green for example, by mixing gray (black & white) with green and white) by mixing a few mixed colors. Or perhaps a wider palette could be added to the store?
Also, will rugs ever be dyeable?
Q: Any chance to give to players the ability to hide wands? For aesthetic and rp purposes many players would like to cast spells from their hands.
Q: Can we expect some love to the “rolling system” in the next release?
Q: Any news about the much requested faction system?
1- Can we have backs with different shapes from wings, backpacks and cloaks? What do you think of something like shields or turtle shells?
2- Can we have a one-hand version of the “Guard” emote?
3- Will we ever have plate patterns that are more realistic and massive than those currently in game?
After the aesthetic change to the epic plate armor the plate armors have all become too adherent and unrealistic.
– Any news about castle sieges?
– Any plan to improve Ardoris and Owl’s Head Castle Arenas?
– Any news about queue system? can we expect to see it in next release?
