For all new pledges or pledge upgrades that you purchase for yourself, or as a gift, between 12:00 am CST June 5, 2014 and 12:00 am CST July 5, 2014 we will add another 10% to your pledge!
For example, if you love the new Row House included as a bonus reward in the Ancestor tier and purchase the pledge for $275, we will add an additional $28 to your pledge account ($275 times 10% equals $27.50 rounded up to $28; our pledge package doesn’t handle cents so we round up to nearest dollar).
Does it mean you add the bonus to my account after the upgrade? I am more interested to upgrade and have the 10% included
What shall i do with the remaining bonus pledge after my upgrade?
Sinclair… I feel the same way… initially I thought the answer would be to upgrade to the tier before the one you wanted… wait 10 days after the 5th for that 10% to post then buy the tier you really want… it kills the 10% (reduces it to whatever the teir before your goal is) but at least you can apply it to the tier you want instead of only being able to apply it to “future” upgrades.
After posting in the forums I found some saying the easiest way is most likely to make a payment plan for the amount that you really want minus 10%… so if you are going from Citizen to Lord and have already paid citizen you would do $1600-550 = 1050 so make a payment plan for 1050 – (1050 * 0.10)= $945. Pay the $945, wait until july 15th when it will turn into 1050 then buy the Lord tier.
I will say with the limitations (only applies to future upgrades) this promotion has caused me to hurry up and wait on my upgrade… as there is no hurry
The new pledges were announced on June 5th – the upgrade should start from then instead of the day after. Anyone that pledged immediately upon hearing the news is getting short changed!

And it means that those getting the bonus (at my level) will all get to pick their lot before me. A bit unfair for the early adopters.
It was our intention to start the 10% Pledge Bonus on the same day that the new pledge tiers (Knight Marshal and Lord Marshal) were available for purchase, which was June 6th. However, we can understand the frustration with those of you that considered the June 5th forum post the “official” announcement of the new tiers and new rewards, thus immediately purchased upgrades based on that news. Because the new rewards were published in the forums on June 5, we will roll back the start day for the 10% Pledge Bonus by 24 hours.
Thus, For all new pledges, pledge upgrades, or monthly payment plans, that were purchased or gifted, between 12:00 am CST June 5, 2014 and 12:00 am CST July 5, 2014, we will add another 10% to your pledge.
