Are musical instruments likely to make it into R19, based on their current development status?

As a follow up question, what instruments are being added? Fiddle, harp, horn, flute, cello, drum, etc?
Will we actually get dyes -and- clothes in R19?

I have a few questions this time around
1. Will it be possible in a future release to decorate keep/LoTM castle outer walls as there is quite a lot of wasted space otherwise?
2. We have all these great hats from the hat quests but nowhere to display them in our homes, can we get a hat rack, maybe as the final release reward before launch?
3. Is it possible to get the option to key bind the combat roll so you can press the key plus a direction key to perform a roll in that direction?

Will Meticulous Collection be fixed so that when you are interrupted, the collection stops and you gain what you have at that moment, rather than having to start over from scratch?

after R19 you can expect a wipe, before would be a big surprise because R19 is mostly a polishing release
Hello, any chance you could limit the amount of houses one can own?
I can only find a row house atm, I feel that people buy up houses and own more then one but I could be wrong.

Q: I think Elyrin is talking about decoration lighting. But I’d be curious about whether there’ll be any more forms of light sources for adventuring, such as lanterns or Sun Magic enchanted swords.
The combat system has seen some improvement but it’s nowhere where it needs to be. What other combat improvements are planned and if they don’t work is it too late to switch to another system?

Could you speak a little about the availability of lots? Will there be more good places to place your house, such as in Owl’s Head? Thanks!
QUESTION: With the delayed deliverables, When can we expect Crafting Skills to come online?
Including Armor/Weapon Repair and Reclaiming/Melting items back to natural resources.

Dallas mentioned a developer API kit in the Sojourner Tales Kickstarter Telethon that would allow the community to develop in-game games like chess, checkers, etc. Is this still a possible feature?

We already have the Iolo’s crossbow. However, bolts aren’t available.
Question: Will you be putting more Mandrake Root in the game? It is still seems to be on the endangered plants list.
P.S. We have searched *all* swamps, marshes, and wetlands.
Try Verdantis Shardfall. I found a few mandrake plants there.
the east perenial trail and the north celestial forest both have mandrake.. It looks like a 4 leaf lilly pad with a little stick like baby sticking up from it if its not harvested.
Question: When can we expect mapping to catch up?
Comment: Please allow us to make our journeys of exploration more easily repeatable with a full complement of ingame maps! We are missing so many, and several of the ones we currently have are oriented incorrectly, making navigation via them virtually worthless.

Question: I play SPO and many times I enter a scene and all the trees are already felled and they don’t re-spawn, is this intentional?
Question: In SPO I see many, many player skeletons left behind everywhere, aren’t they supposed to decay at some point?
as long you are SP Online you could get added to a scene where someone was already active. I think 30 skeletons can be per scene and every new one will let vanish the old one. But I think there is a decay tmer on them but it is at least a day if not more. They have been at the maze quite a time
R18 was a good step forward toward an engaging combat and PVP action, with Vengeance and everything. Keeping in mind that balance is not for these times, do you think that the whole idea of long DoTs (whoever can stack more effects – lasting entire minutes – wins) to be hit with a nerf bat into oblivion and back? TIA
In the Release 18 patch notes, I saw mention of advanced housing permissions later, such as renting and locking.
Question: Will we be able to let people place their vendors at our houses as well, if we choose to?
Regarding the quests and story, The Witcher 3 shows how great a story can be presented in a game and how multilayered and interesting quests can be. I this something you will consider or even take inspiration from for SotA?
Q: When is the next “Story Town” with housing expected and which will it be?
Q: Staves and enchantments and graphics. We have all these really cool melee weapons but what abut staves with enchantment gems that glow on the top… red gems for fire…blue for electric etc. When can we expeCT some Mage love?
Q: Are there any plans to remove the ability to change your suit of armor with a deck swap in the middle of combat?
With the creation of Gust Ball now making its way in to the game. How will “The Ball” be made available to Players / Teams. And from our viewers on NBNN will “The Ball” be Dyeable ?

Follow-up: If we can craft dyes, will the possible colours or tints be influenced by which celestial bodies are orbiting overhead at that moment?
Will it be possible to disable the pvp player owned town leader board? I mean as the town owner, remove the feature so no one has it in the scene. You cannot surprise some one if they know you are in the area. In Role play how would you explain this?
Could you tell us more about localization? Which language is first or will it be several parallel? How should it work at all? We got once a hint from Lum about a tool you want to use, but how much will the community be involved? Is there anything we could already work out on community side to get workload off your shoulders like gathering people and organizing them with proof readers?
Very interested in this answer, too, for obvious reasons…
In an effort to save Port money on producing and shipping physical rewards, would it be possible to opt for store credit instead?

I really don’t like the cursor when in combat or PvP.
I can hardly see it especially when I get hit with a flash of lightning, then I would lose my target and can’t see my cursor.
Is there any plans to make the cursor more visible or a different color during these times?
Question: Rapid prototyping can be a god-send in game development. Have any other versions or slightly varied versions of the current combat system been tested out while trying to figure out what’s fun and what sticks?
Example: Using Slugs as zero-cost, low-damage attacks while removing Auto-Attack entirely.
Follow-Up: Is there a reason why the team feels that Auto-Attack is necessary so people like me can stop asking about it?

Paxlair and Vengeance. They are the same template, and just two different biomes (so counting for a single template in your POT template list), or two different templates altogether?

Question: Will there be a (hidden) “quotes” section in the game, full of funny and/or deep and/or meaningful developer quotes, portraying all of the (in)sanity involved in developing SotA?
I’ve been watching PvP combat this release and te one theme that is prevalent is: use a shield, use a flaming weapon, and use magic, I know that you are testing combat with a scrum.
1) Is there anyone in that scrum that isn’t using shield, flaming weapon, and magic? Or is testing just about how to make magic a viable pvp build and not care about the rest?
2) What combat changes are being made for R19?
Question 2 parts: Is there an estimate for when we can see gardening start to come in game, and is it possible to give row lots some growing space; such as window flower boxes, rooftops or any other ideas.
As a follow up question of interest: if growing spaces are implemented, will winterized cold frame boxes be part of the classification of growing spaces?
Question: Can we please get more variety of dances?
Question: Please I’m very interested in the type of fishing system we might have. Is there anything you can share regarding ideas on how fishing will work in Shrouds?

Question: I’m interested in future character behaviors/animations. Is it possible to expect our characters to have and show more reactions to the environment, like being posioned, cursed, or ill and perhaps comments they make refecting the condition?
As I understand Fishing is perhaps the most important topic on the list today, will Fishing be available in all scenes where water would allow fish to thrive? And a followup, will alternative methods of fishing (ice fishing, nets, alchemical – explosion potions) be available from the start of when fishing is officially announced in a Release.

Question: is there some issue with my prior questions from last night?
Will the control points and other choke points in the game be open pvp zones and force you into the zone instead of being able to walk over them on the overworld map?
Will we see an option for changing instances within a scene that does not affect the /zone timer? Crashing and relogging into a different instance can be frustrating – especially when you are at an event.
Other instance based games have this ability and one that comes to mind is DDO.

Could be source of special recipes found on rare spawn Witch Doctors or decorative methods to preserve the human skull and/or body parts found on rare spawn Gatherers.
These evil ones could perhaps appear only during certain cycles of the moon/sun/planets as that is when they are empowered and can leave the safety of their underworlds.
Mountainous=Bear Worshipers
Swamp = Gator Worshipers
Plains = Snake Worshipers
Forrest = Wolf Worshipers
Jungle = BigCat Worshipers
Snow = Travelling Caravan of Lost Stranded Souls (ie Donner Party)
Or you could go the way of a Travelling Carnival of Bizzaro stuff…..including the people who run it.
At night they become Cannibalistic on last night before they move on.
Previous nights you can do various quests for “interesting” and “odd” rewards that make you think something weird is going on here.

Question: Will there be limits to certain decoration items in one plot? e.g. only one fountain per lot to make housing look less ridicoulus…?
Question: With the introduction of the astronomical system, will players be able to obtain a wearable “watch” version of the moondial that one can set an alarm on when waiting for a specific event to occur?
Question: Will we be able to see depleted ore nodes in the future?
Questions: The astronomical system and date look great, and add a lot of personality to the skies of New Britannia. Will the planets each have its own orbit/rotation eventually? Will the skymap/stars rotate and have a higher resolution (so the spyglass will be useful to look at them)?
Also, I noticed that there might be an error in the displayed date: it seems to be one day behind what I would calculate it to be (assuming the cataclysm occurred at midnight, Jan 1, year 0, for convenience sake).
I know everyone love to kill and fight but when are they going to put something in for us poor Decorators.
It has been awhile since we have had much new to play with.
