10th Anniversary Commemorative Plaque

Why have some players received the 10th anniversary plaque and others not? My husband has received the plaque that says something like "for logging in on the 10th anniversary", however I have not received it, and I log in every day.

I heard that SOTA did not automate the plaque delivery (which would send the plaques all at once, like monthly log-in rewards).
Instead, I think developers/staff are manually sending each plaque. Since it may take them a while to work through the list of players who earned the plaque, I think some players will get the plaque sooner and some a bit later.
Maybe a dev can confirm this?

Also, I am not sure of the exact criteria to earn the plaque...
Was it going into the chicken room in April or December or both?
Or was it logging in to the game during those dates?

So everyone who logged in during the most recent chicken room escapades should get the plaque eventually, but it is going to take a while to get to everyone!

I got my plaque and put it on my tower, right above the door.

 

I verified I did sign In At that time. A member of Dara Brae did received theirs in their mailbox and I met them that day when they signed in to get their royal scepter gold.

I think mine self deleted in the mailbox before I got to it as I try to sign in each release. I don’t show one in my mailbox. My carpel tunnel and elbow pain tries to prevent that.

Is this a receive-in-the-ingame-mailbox thing, or a loaded-against-account reward thing?

 

Which means if you don’t sign on enough it will poof. When I signed on yesterday I had a message about a mail piece expired. I am wondering if that was my plague.
