Can't learn shrug emote from 'The Shish' in desolis

    Title: Can't learn shrug emote from 'The Shish' in desolis
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker: No
    Details: Gone through all the conversation points and nothing teaches me the 'Shrug' emote. Sotawiki states that the emote is learned by asking her about her past.

    The only reply I get is 'I thought I told you already'. Perhaps this would not happen on a character that has not spoken to her already.

    Area: Desolis (Novia_R4_City_Desolis) Loc: (-276.1, 118.9, -114.5)

    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to the Shish in desolis and ask her about her past.
