I can't put decoration on the bridge

    I have seen many POTs that have decorations on this bridge, however I cannot put any type of decoration, no arches, nothing. I've also seen POTs that have constructions like clock towers on the dock, where the departure boat is, and I can't put anything like that either. Is my POT (Umbra Regnum) bug or is it that these decorations can no longer be placed in those places?
    It is not a problem of lack of space, there are only 27/200 objects placed.

    @Winston @Ravalox or whoever, please.
    In addition to not being able to place decorations on the central bridge, I also cannot place any type of pavement on the docks, however, I have seen many POTs that have it placed like this.
    Why can't I put those items on the docks or the central bridge, and other POT owners can?
    I reiterate that it is not a problem of space, so I do not understand what the problem is.
