Is the other half in the game?

You've probably found this one while wandering around looting chests... has anyone seen the other half?

 

Is his wife meant to be in it as well?

I kept looking for the other half also, never found it.

 

Who is this a painting of? King Louis? Or did Lord British put on a few since UO.

I'm sure the other paintings (aside from one) are also real world paintings. The same thing was done with the paintings in UO (which became some of the main Shipwreck items).

 

Can you identify all the other paintings in the game?
