Ladder out of water puts you in mid air

    Details:

    When in the water, using the ladder at this location (the taller one, to the higher pier, as there are two near this location), you get put in mid-air, above the water, not on the pier.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Jump in the water at this location, use the ladder to get out.

    Actually, all three of the ladders around this location are bugged.
