Hello everyone

I bought the Duke package. I know we get all the same items as the previous tiers. I wanted to ask.
As a person with the Duke home on the water, will we still be able to place the house boat and a basement?

If so will we have to purchase more land?
Since the package comes with rent free land and home do we have to pay for rent on the house boat and basement? or is that included?

You will be able to place a basement no matter where you build your house (land or water). Your pledge even comes with a basement, several actually at the Duke level. Everything with a pledge at Citizen+ is rent free.

 

You can place a basement with the Duke home.
You can't place the houseboat and the Duke home unless you purchased another land deed from the addon store. All property deeds from the addon store are not rent free.
