More than 1 house on a large lot

Imagine if you could use a town or city lot to place two or more small village buildings on it. That would be fantastic. You could create a tiny community there and really make a family out of your friends by offering them a separate place to stay until they get their own. And we would get much more variety in our cities, breaking up the way too orderly rows of houses that we currently have.

In my mind, this would add a great amount of value to a bigger lot. Although I consider myself at my limit, I would be tempted to increase my pledge even further. It might even be worth dying for, seeing that my partner would probably flamestrike me if I spent that kind of money on a video game. I'd be reduced to a pair of smoking boots, but my ashes would be smiling.
