What determines the number of houses of a POT on the map? I have ssen several towns that had dozens of houses and lots of deco in the scene, but were completely flat basements (I think it was west of Superstitious canyon) or flat except 1 single house that do not match the houses inscene.
The number of claimed lots. I don't know what the breakdown is. [edit] I know that if you have 20 claimed lots (the minimum number in order to get the maximum benefit from devotionals) then you will have one empty spot on the overworld.
What is the white light beacon in the middle of some POT´s on the overland map? Not every POT has it and it´s independant from the number of houses - I saw a POT without any houses (Hero´s Market) with a white beacon and other POT´s with houses but without a white beacon (always on the overland map). I do not mean the protectecive shield of the Moontower of which only Owl´s Head has a working one.
