[Referred to Support] lost rewards moving them to bank from reward tab

    2.reproducable? not really something i can test.
    3. no idea on this?
    4. I tried to move some obsidian potion rewards that were got from meretz? thing back some time ago but left most in rewards. I tried to drag them all to my bank but i do not see them there. I had a lot of them already there and when i dragged new ones i did not see total bank slots used go up and also I have no idea how many were in there so not sure how many are missing.
    I have relogged and then also rebooted computer to see if that made them show up and still don't see them.

    5. doubt its reproduceable but its not first time i have lost stuff from rewards moved to bank but i did get previous stuff back.

    6. shouldn't apply to this but 32gig, rizen 5, nvidia, windows 10

    Meretz Potion rewards are NO TRADE.
    No trade items take NO BANK SLOTS. So you did not see a change in the number of items in the bank.

    Most likely they moved but you just did not see anything due to this factor.
