Refunding / exchanging items in add-on shop

    Are we going to be able to exchange these items as has been mentioned before the last 40 days are up?

    I'm hoping to exchange some tools for 6 packs to free up some cash.
    I'd love to be able to do this before prices go up.

    Also, can we get an answer on crafting skill caps since we can buy all the tools.

    I would not like to buy a bunch of tools only to find out I can't use them all because of skill caps.

    As I read it, there are 5 gathering skills (currently) and 10 other crafting skills; so if you are only concerned with gathering, then I don't see an issue learning all them.
