Is it possible, using a service voucher, to have this ramp smoothed out and a brick texture applied?

No, it is not possible. I copy and paste from the thread https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/forum/index.php?threads/player-owned-town-pot-owner-faq.165464/: Can you flatten out this bump, remove a rock, or change the shape of a river in my POT's terrain? Unfortunately, no. This is because the terrain and props in your POT are not unique to your POT; the terrain and props in each biome type is shared with every POT that uses that same biome type. Changing these things for your POT would alter it for every other POT that uses the same biome type, and that could adversely affect the currently-placed lots and decorations in the other POTs

Thanks @Isabel Ayin. That's a bummer because you can't really do anything with it, like use pavers.

theoretically you could build stairs there with platforms, but it'd take a lot of playing with (on QA) to get something looking good. i did the same on a smaller scale with pedestals:

also i do not know if chris' someday project of pot terrain flattening would be able to be used at an angle. it'd be something to bring up: if he can make horizontal ones maybe he can make 45 degree ones. (i think flexible placement is before that in the queue though, off the top of my head.)

That may be pedestals but it looks like you have to step up over 4 coffins to get to the greenhouses...

Are you able to walk up normally? Also, isn't stacking limited to 5? I wouldn't get very far up that slope.

[edit] It would be great if they would make special platform pieces to fit that slope with different styles (slope, stairs) and textures (wood, brick, rock).

Why not a grapevine or some sturdy roots to heave oneself up that slope?

So many uneven spots in our towns but unfortunately change one affects all same biomes as I understand it. I would have loved the tool to flatten land that was mentioned during kickstarter but since all same biomes come from the same mold I have not heard of a solution to disconnect them so one doesn't affect all. Anyway it would have been lovely to flatten land anywhere POT owners liked. If only.

I tried experimenting with platforms but it's just not going to work. I could probably make it work but it won't look good. Anyway, I made this wish list request; maybe the devs will be kind.

Also regarding building blocks and building tools. The new building blocks which I have in iron are not versatile or flexible. Very few decorations for example will even go on them. For building tools that you buy especially but also all building blocks it would be great if they were more flexible in many ways.
