I think you should remove the Stone Two-Story Keep w/Corner Turret (Village) from the Crown Store and if anything, add it to the Homes Merchant at a slightly higher gold cost. These homes are nearly identical (Floor is a different texture, and there's a thin wall and door on the upper floor to the stairs) but one costs 20k on the homes merchant and the other is 1500 coto (495k at current in-game coto prices). Sure, someone might want to buy the crown store one at a huge premium for little difference, but i'd imagine more instances of people buying the crown one and then later finding or not knowing about the much much much much much cheaper version.
