Unable to change my profile pic.

    If I click on my profile pic, it gives me an error message saying "I don't have permission to view this page or perform this action. If you have recently pledged upgraded to Develop status or above, please note that it may take up to 24 hours for permissions to propagate."

    Do I have to pledge something to change my profile pic? Hmmmmmmm....
