Unable to list items on commission free vendor

    Title: Unable to list items on commission free vendor
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? It's kinda a big deal
    Details: When adding new listings to commission free vendor, the player is prevented from doing so with the message, "This vendor cannot accept any more items. Please try again later."
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to list item on vendor (can't). Unlist one or several items then try to list a new item (can't).
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 32706
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti GPU RAM: 3038
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.392.Date.09.14.16
    Area: Novia_R3_City_Brittany
    Loc: (436.2, 35.9, 12.4)

    This worked for me after Friday's patch to 393 9.16.16

    I am getting this EXACT same issue as of Sunday Oct 2 and it still happens this morning Oct 3.

    Includes also managing orders as well as adding new items 64.484.Date.09.29.16 Win 10
