Most often when a Red took a head to display or if you seen them displayed at a dreads house it was a formidable Blue that was a good pk.himself ... its hard for many people to understand that Blues could also be PK's because the natural thought was that blue is defending himself when you walk into a fight in progress. many pk's started off playing a Brigand that would post somewhere and rob people that past by it would be random it was not to Grief it was just a play style.

 

Except that in Ultima Online you could.

 

There should be a recipe for shrunken heads.

Head + wax + some other alchemist concocted chemical + cooking pot

 

They took it out for some reason!? I used to love the bounty board! I made most of my gold doing bounties, and still stayed on a good path, since my toon was sorta good and i didnt want to turn red, but i think the problem there was everyone was putting a price on some ones head for one reason or another, and reds would kill off thier friends to go back to blue, i think thats what happened but i loved the bounty boards!!

 

A fine addition to the tanning table recipes, which I thought was a bit lacking.

many people are much too squeamish for these things to. Perhaps we need an item filter as well. =(
