Release 71 on QA this Weekend (Live at end of Oct)
An early version of Release 71 will be on the QA server this weekend! Be sure to watch the QA Bug Forums for an announcement. Release 71 is full of new content and fixes. An early version of the Release 71 Instructions is also available for review. We could really use everyone’s help to test all of this amazing content before it goes live at the end of October!
Another content packed weekly Community Livestream is this Friday Oct 18, at 4 PM CT on Twitch! This week we are going to have another Fishing contest! This time it will be a Freshwater Fishing contest in Celestis!
To participate in the contest go to Celestis and start fishing at 4:15 PM. The best trophy fish (longest) caught by 5 PM will win a prize! NOTE: We will be verifying location and time!

Play Release 70 Now!
Release 70 successfully launched yesterday, September 26, with thousands of backers downloading, patching, and logging in to check out the changes! There’s lots of new content to explore, including:

Release 70 of Shroud of the Avatar goes live this Thursday, September 26, at 10:30 AM US Central Time (15:30 UTC). Release 70 includes lots of exciting updates including the return of Pumpkin Head, Ulfheim scene rework, Nightmares (new creature), new decorations, Spooky recurring items, new skills, and more!

The Release 70 Livestream is set for this Friday, September 27, at 3 PM Central Time! All Avatars from around the world are welcome to join us in the livestream activities. We will be talking about all our Spooky Stuff (Pumpkin Head, Nightmares, etc), touring scenes, answering questions, and handing out prizes. In addition we will have a special guest (and old friend) Rustic Dragon on the livestream to talk about the Kickstarter for Through the Moongate Part II! If you have any questions about the Through the Moongate Kickstarter please submit them in the forum post.
