Release 66 of Shroud of the Avatar goes live this Thursday, May 30, at 10:30 AM US Central Time (15:30 UTC).

Release 66 is the second release in which we focused on the current iteration of our Top 10 Priorities (from Q2 2019 Schedule Update). While we made some progress on these priorities we are also working on a major overhaul to the New User Experience as part of a capture and recapture email campaign that has caused us to pause and/or delay some of the originally planned for R66 deliverables.

We have some exciting news about the rewards program! The items previously known as stretch goal items are now exclusive only to the rewards program (versus also available through $5 purchase on the website). These items will now also be delivered immediately upon login during the release each month. Note that logging in during a given month is required in order to claim that month’s login rewards. To make this change happen we have to set the number of rewards to a fixed number of items per release (approximately 3) versus a variable number. This change will go into effect with Release 66.

For Release 66 the Rewards are Disco themed and Reward Program members will receive them during Release 66 immediately upon logging in!

May Login Rewards

Another content packed weekly Community Livestream is this Friday May 17 at 4 PM CT on Twitch!

This week we are going to have another Saltwater Fishing Contest in the Fishing Expedition scene! To participate in the contest start fishing at 4:15 PM and the best trophy fish caught by 5 PM will win prizes! Boats in various coastal cities (Aerie, Ardoris, Kingsport, Mud and Port Graff) will take you to the Fishing Expedition Scene.
