Yes they do! Though you wouldn't want to use the pieces containing the mantel (since the Lord Marshal Great Hearth already has a mantel built in) all the "extension" pieces are made to fit nicely on the top of the Great Hearth, and it'll be a matter of playing with them to determine which ones will fit nicely in each of the chambers you may want to try them out in!

@Scottie What level smelting is required to make the fireplaces?

    Fireplaces are a great addition.

I see these in the add on store now. When will they be claimable as rewards though?

    Do they work in basements?
Would logical with something to warm up each basement floor.
    So can this be solved?

They worked in the basements I tried them in, though the same limits apply as they do in houses, in that only the Roof Extension piece of each set can actually pass through ceilings... The rest of the pieces should be used within chambers that have high enough ceiling for them to fit (which is why we have Floor Extension pieces of two different sizes, plus the chimney piece with the attached mantel)...

    Enjoy!

You're very welcome! So glad you like it!

Currently anyone can craft them, since they're set to "Difficulty Level 0" according to our designers, and as far as I know, that setting will remain throughout this release! It is possible that, in future releases, difficulty levels for crafting recipes might get tweaked,...but for now, with the chimneys and fireplaces, have fun!

I believe they already are! I was just told that you should be able to get yours as soon as you buy it! ^_^

Just got a new fireplace and man is it ever asking for smoke! :)

Wish there was a way to make this happen. Maybe it could be for POTs only, and limit it to one wizard tower per POT? hehe
